Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These Terms govern access to VSYZ Studio (the “Service”), including AI image generation, AI video generation and the Reels Maker workflow. During the closed alpha, access is available only to invited users. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share an invitation or account unless we approve it. We may suspend access to protect users, the Service or third-party providers.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in images, videos, prompts and other material you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content.
4. AI generation and outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique or similar to content produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for checking applicable intellectual-property, publicity, privacy and platform rules. We do not guarantee that an output can be registered, exclusively owned or safely used for every purpose.
5. Adult content and acceptable use
The NSFW workspace is available only to adults aged 18 or older. You may create adult content only when it is lawful, consensual and involves adults. Sexual content involving or depicting minors, age-ambiguous subjects, coercion, trafficking, incest, bestiality, non-consensual intimate imagery, or a real person without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Do not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, abusive or exploitative content; distribute malware; bypass access controls; attack the Service; or overload providers.
6. Credits and pricing
Alpha credits are promotional, non-transferable and have no cash value. For generation pricing, one credit is the Service's accounting unit equal to $0.01 of customer price. The final credit price is shown before every paid generation and is rounded up to a whole credit. A regeneration is a separate operation. We may return credits for confirmed technical failures, but we do not promise refunds merely because an output is subjective or unexpected.
7. Third-party providers
The Service relies on infrastructure and AI providers to process requests. Their availability, model behavior and pricing may change. We may add, remove or replace models when needed and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to a particular provider.
8. Alpha service and warranties
The Service is experimental and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, fail or be removed. Do not use the alpha as the only copy of important media; keep your own backups.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the alpha. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal or safety risk, provider restriction or discontinuation of the alpha. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or the contact information associated with your invitation. Operator and jurisdiction details will be added before public launch.
